Shipping and Return Information:
Downloads purchased by PayPal (and by credit card via PayPal) are available immediately upon your completed transaction through Paypal.
All tangible goods normally ship within 7 days after payment has been made. This would be for items that would need to be Laminated prior to shipping.
Visit your "My Account" page for order history and download links. Your order will not be sent to you via email, they are downloads that you access directly from the "My Account" link at the top left of any page.
You will however recieve an order confirmation that details what you ordered.
Return Information
Due to the nature of our Products there are "NO REFUNDS!"
Please make your selections carefully because once the order has been placed we cannot offer you a refund.
If you are having problems with your download,Please let us know and we can make sure you get them in a timely manner.
